Love of Journaling/Planning

For my very first entry I decided to give you a little info about my love of journaling and planning.

I started journaling when I was 8 yrs old and my very first was a pink Hello Kitty diary. It was my sanctuary and most prized possession. For privacy I would hide in the closet or under my bed with a flashlight and express my innermost thoughts and feelings without limits. This love of writing and memory keeping continued into my adult years. Now with so many wonderful and beautiful planners and journals out there I initially had a difficult time picking the right one for me. With the help and input from my awesome fellow stationery loving friends I have found the perfect system!

Pictured above is the Midori Traveler’s Notebook (MTN) and the Roterfaden. I use the MTN for my everyday planning and the Roterfaden for my art journaling. I absolutely love it!

In coming posts I will go more in depth on both of these. It being my first entry I just wanted to keep it short and sweet. Stay tuned for more!

Those who are looking to purchase a Midori Traveler’s Notebook and their inserts along with the Roterfaden go here.
